B.E.A.B.A

Hello~~ Just a quickie review on Beaba Babycook Pro (the newest Babycook model) since many mamas have been highly requesting one. I got it few weeks ago and can't love it enough! This definitely is one of the must-haves besides Peg Perego Siesta high chair; you can never never never go wrong with these two baby products~~

The introduction of solids marks a significant & major milestone in babyhood, but it is also as stressful as breastfeeding (at least to me) because there are so many unexpected challenges await--picky eater, dietary concerns, digestive issues, just to name a few. Chloe has been taking solids for about a month now (the first 3 weeks were more like letting her gradually experience the idea of eating), and she finally gobbled up 2 tbs of brown rice cereal (noon), 2 tbs of carrot purée (evening), and craved for more yesterday, jeez, I was jumping up and down with joy inside. Only mama understands this. All mamas' ultimate wish is to let her babies gulped down more ounces, and they are willing to do or buy A.N.Y.T.H.I.N.G to ensure their babies consume sufficient nutrients, even it'd cost them an arm or leg...

#1 Carrot Purée in process, the steaming mode~~

I was searching high & low for the latte mint color but had no luck getting it. Found a website selling the exact color that I wanted but the product will only be available around mid/end of Dec, sigh, Chloe can't wait for that long. So I ordered the original green from Williams-Sonoma and to be complete honest, it is not bad at all~~ The minty green color seems to make all food appeared to be more healthy and the matte surface (yup, not the shinny type) really does add a touch of classiness to it ;) Not regretting & in fact, very happy with this purchase!

#2 Pureeing & blending... Pretty quiet compared to the traditional blenders :D

#3 Taa Daa~~ That's good for a week supply! (Sorry for the bad pic, placing carrot purée in an orange tray is not a good idea, ah ah...)

Bought two Beaba Multiportion Baby Food Freezer Trays and I finally understand why people splurging on them! They really will make your life easier! So durable and messy-free! Many suggested the traditional ice cube tray as a budget friendly substitute but I really don't think so. Wait, don't roll your eyes just yet, I've legitimate reasons k! First, there's no lid to cover the food and second, I never have enough strength to pop the ice cubes from ice cube tray without running hot water over the back of the tray. And very often, the ice cubes will all come out at once. Imagine this when you're dealing with baby food E.V.E.R.Y.D.A.Y, so much hassle... But now, I can easily remove the frozen baby food with Beaba trays! Super worth it! Also, each of the tray portion is in a perfect 2oz serving size!

#5 These very high contrast images were screengrabbed from Similac's Wee Gallery at zero cost! Printed them out and make them a double-sided paper card, with black & white background. A friendly reminder: Do not let baby place those printed image near her/his mouth unless baby-safe ink is used ;)

#6 Re-purpose these from a table calender~~ Pardon my ugly handwriting :p
