Weekend Leisure
T.G.I.F!!! I'm so looking forwarding to this weekend, have tons of activities lining up: Promise Chean to do brunch at his favorite breakfast place, then gonna drop off Miyaki for grooming, then attend another hospital tour, then birth & newborn classes, then stock up some groceries at Asian Market, then pick up some baby products that I ordered at Babies"R"Us, then if we still have energy, maybe will watch a movie/DVD at home. Errands, errands and more errands...
Speaking of watching movie, hmm... I miss going to the cinema so much, I called that "Friday Movie Night," which is part of our typical Friday night routine. But with my burgeoning belly and the urge to urinate every 15 mins, I don't think I can sit still in the cinema for a 90 mins movie anymore (T____T) So Blockbuster, iTune & Comcast On Demand have became our only choices. The last two movies we watched over the last two weeks were Moneyball & Drive. Other than Hollywood & Blockbuster movies, I actually fancy Chinese movies more :p
If you are preggie like me or if you don't have any solid plan this weekend, may I suggest some of my favorite movies that are made in China...
#1《非诚勿扰》If You Are The One (Full Movie)
#2《非诚勿扰2》If You Are The One 2 (Full Movie)
These two are my favorites of all time, watched it over and over again for more than 8 times, and I'm watching it again N.O.W! Crazy I know, but I can't help it, the lead actor (葛优) & actress (舒淇) are both my favorites. Really can't wait for the 3rd sequel (*^___^*)
#3《唐山大地震》Aftershock
Recommended by Lin Yin, a good friend of mine in Portland and I watched it twice last year. Intriguingly heartbreaking and I adore the story line so much. The full movie is not available on Youtube, so try Tudou.com or PPS. Get a box of tissue ready though you will definitely sob out like a child! Don't say I never warn you ya :p
#4《失戀33天》Love is not Blind
I'm sure you are super familiar with the title, this movie is a huge hit in Mainland China now and its famous dialogue & quotes have been massively circulated across Weibo & other mainstream social networks. Although I'm not super hook on it, worth watching still especially with Ji Muis :)
Keep the list going, do share me your favorite movies...
Have a great weekend y'all ❤❤
XOXO,
Bev
