Oh! Santa!
Time flies, Christmas is officially over. Kinda miss it when the phrase "Happy Holidays & Merry Christmas" was permeating social media streams. So how was your Christmas celebration? I thought my Christmas day would be a mundane & banal one, but it turned out to be super A.W.E.S.O.M.E! Love my laid-back, spontaneous & unstructured Christmas celebration soo much~~
#1 Most of the western restaurants weren't open that day so Chean suggested Korean cuisine...
#2 Tried new D.I.Y hairdo on Christmas eve, thank you everyone who liked my FB status ^___^V
#3 Is it super Taylor-Swift-like?
#4 All you need is this Revlon Jumbo Barrels. Bought it from Target 2 weeks ago ;)
#5 14 side dishes! Crazy right?
#6 Soon Tofu~~
#7 Pork Stew~~
#8 Seafood Scallion Pancake~~ My favorite :p
#9 Nom... Nom... Nom... Nom...
#10 Ya, we turned Miyaki into Mr. Santa. LOL...
#11 The saddest Santa on planet :p
Gift exchange on the actual Christmas Day~~
#12
#13 Got Chean a set of L'occitane hand & foot cream. He loves it so much!!!
#14 And he presented me a Burberry watch, woo hoo~~
#15 Love the International Warranty Policy cause I travel quite a bit.
#16 I... Love... It... Super stylish yet classy ❤❤
#17
#18 Who wears it better? Hehe...
Since we had no plan at all, I came up with the idea of building a snowman in our backyard...
#19 See, although I tweeted that a little earlier but I really mean it :p
#20 The snow's sooooo soft, fluffy & powdery! Not that pile of icy snow on my tweet though ;)
#21 Started from scratch!
#22 Heart this pic so much! I won't blame you if you think this were taken in the ski slope! Haha... I was just playing the snow in the backyard, B.L.E.H (^___^*)
#23 Miyaki really beh tahan my crazy idea (as always) :p
#24 Chean stepped in to help, super supportive as always!
#25 认真的男人最帅, right? :p (please don't google translate this cause it shows a whole different meaning).
#26 Ganbate-ing...
#27
#28 We wanted to build a snowman that looks something like this initially, make 3 snow balls and then stack them together...
But... It's not easy I tell you!
After 50 minutes of rolling, packing, accumulating, sculpturing and working tirelessly... Chean suddenly cried out with joy and said we are getting close!!!
#29 If that's how he envisage snowman...
#30 A.R.G.H! Major meltdown! I went completely speechless for a couple minutes!!!
#31 THAT'S NOT A SNOWMAN!
#32 It's a gigantic sundae ice-cream or, well... one big pile of sh*t!
#33 Chean, I'm sorry! Perhaps we seemed too ambitious, let's change the game plan and make something like this instead!
#34 So much better now, thank god.
#35 Giving Mr. Snowman a face...
#36 Y.A.Y ❤❤

Can't believe we spent one and a half hours building this fat snowman, super fun & entertaining though. It was a total bliss, indeed! Chean, thanks for participating in this utterly insane winter project, haha...

#46 Oh, Mr. Santa & Mr. Snowman :D
#47 Having a family portrait session, our Christmas tradition.
#48 I love you both~~ So grateful to have you two in my life...
#49 Also super thankful that Miyaki is all healthy & happy now; he was severely injured last year due to intervertebral disc disease.
Called my family on the same day to see how they're doing: My mum was busy BBQ-ing with relatives (the Lee family), my sis was having great time counting down the special day with her pals in Sabah, and my bro was spending some quality with his good friends in Cameron Highland. All I want for Christmas is happiness and health for everyone, especially my families & friends; knowing that my families are enjoying themselves even when I'm not around is already the best Christmas gift to me, ever.
#50 Time for dinner. No roasted turkey or gingerbread cause I'm a bad wife, I can't cook, haha. Hot pot (aka Steamboat) wasn't a bad idea though, it's super easy and quick to make :p
#51 Imagine having this on a -5'C day, beyond satisfactory I tell you.
We then saw Mr. Snowman smiling sweetly at us...
#52 Be strong, Mr. Snowman. You can do this ;)
Ended the night with a toast to another great year. This Christmas couldn't be more blissful, more rapturous and more unforgettable! I'm savoring every bits of life even the small tiny things, truly enjoy every moment spent with Chean & Miyaki.
I do hope you enjoyed yourself (and the countless thoughtful presents you received) on Christmas day! Love you for reading.
Warm & Cozy,
Bev
