Ever wondered how you could pamper your skin E.V.E.R.Y.D.A.Y with facial mask yet without costing your an arm and a leg?

Ahh Haa~~ I have a DIY solution for you.

There are two types of cotton available in the market for beauty purpose, cotton pad & cotton sheet.

Of course, you don't necessary need both, it depends on the texture of toner you're using.

mask_2
Cotton pad works better for toner in watery texture while cotton sheet works better for toner with thicker and creamier texture. I'm sure you know the logic behind this theory ;)

mask_5
I have three different toners sitting on my dressing table all the time; each of them has different functionality and very different texture too.

mask_4
For this demo, I'm gonna use this Collagen Lotion in thicker texture and richer form.

Now guess, which cotton should I opt for? Cotton pad or cotton sheet?

Cotton Sheet, you're right! Using the light weight cotton sheet is the correct choice because it'll not only take lesser time to cover it with toner (compare to cotton pad) but it will also adsorb and hold the approximate amount of toner your skin need. See, without wasting a single drop of your expensive toner ;)

mask_6
Make sure you cleanse your face k and make sure each cotton sheet is thoroughly cover by toner then leave it on the face.

mask_7
You can trim the sheet to fit your face and to avoid eye area. Now stay fuggy and look hideous for 15-20 minutes.

** the pic above is altered for demonstration purpose. I usually mummy-wrap my face until no one recognizes me for optimal result.

mask_14
Gently peel off the cotton sheet, then massage the excess toner/lotion to help adsorption.

Taa Daa~~ See the natural glow on my face?

mask_12
All these pictures are make-up free, ok.

Now everyone can have smoother, softer, cleaner and healthier skin ❤❤

No more excuses k, get your butt off and start your own beauty journey today :p

P/S: Cotton sheet is very accessible and super affordable! I actually got them at Hot Market in M'sia; it only costs around RM2, lol. You can try to get them at Sasa or Daiso as well.
