2nd day in Boulder
Knowing that tomorrow will be another busy day with real packed schedule and I probably won't be home till 11pm, I've decided to blog now, ya, blogging at 2.38a.m. *yawn*
Nothing much to talk about Boulder though, seriously. It's just a pretty tiny town, or you could called it a college town. But the good thing is that I'll get more sun. Well, it's not that I love to go under the sun, it's because I can't take the 275 rainy and gloomy days in Portland anymore.
Many have asked the same question, why do you want to move? And I never give them a real good answer, at least not one that I could think of. To be honest, I don't know. I guess I just need new adventures in life and I don't care where it takes me to. That's about a sincere answer that comes from the bottom of my heart. And Chean loves me more than anything (proud and loud), so we started to plan for this since last Dec.
Of course, we don't move for no reason. I need plans before I really decided to work on something crucial, especially something that could probably bring huge changes in my life. So ya, not just a plan, but multiple; in fact the more plans the better and I love plan B as much as plan A. You know, life isn't prefect, and sometimes your initial plan might not be the best alternative.
I'm just speaking from experience. See, Chean isn't my plan A, he's not my first love and I'm not his either. But I believe both of us make the best match ever (again, proud and loud). Now, I've pretty much completed my MBA and I've achieved all the targets that I set for myself 5 years ago. It's just the right time for me to just go with the flow, and be open to all kinds of opportunities and changes. All these make Boulder sounds about right ;)
Ok, back to the "2nd day in Boulder". As I said, it's really not much to share, but I did have something to tell...
Chean & I did gain some weights... It's because of all the unhealthy diet and hectic schedule.
Well, I have no complain actually but please, just bare with all the gross pictures, k... It won't be a long term thing I promise (to myself).
And I was having super bad hair day! It was brutal cause I forgot to bring along the Asience hair conditioner T___________T
Camwhoring at the hotel high tea area.
Then at the lobby. The phones are real and usable though.
Ahh... Maybe this place has too much sun. I remembered I said that to myself while Chean asking me to stand still for a picture.
Breakkie with our friends, Qian Qian and his beautiful wife Wu Di.

The Denver Art Museum
M.A.G.N.I.F.I.C.E.N.T~~
Isn't it a super cool architecture?
I don't get this one, but well, it's cool to look at too :p
Wu Di & I~~
Trying to hide in the shade...
How come this museum is so into red stuffs?
Ok, at least the dustpan is blue.
At Qian Qian & Wu Di's house, with one of their cute cats. Errmm, I really can't recall the name, my bad @.@ I'll get back with you guys later, let me ask Qian Qian tomorrow.
I never liked cat before this, but these two are just super darling. Their face expressions are so much like dogs! Seriously.
See!!!
Told you! I remember this one, he is Rou Rou, a living Garfield to me :p
Guess what, he is as big as Miyaki. lol.
Just too cute ❤❤
They made us authentic Sichuan ma2 la4 hotpot!
I learned the recipe from them too, will definitely share it with you guys cause I made that twice already in Portland ;)
W.H.O.A~~ Thanks again for the hospitality and the wonderful dinner!
10/10 for the presentation. This is too neat.
Y.U.M.M.Y~~
That's the sauce. Super nice.
Ok, time for entertainment. Hehe.
I'm not good at that of course, and with my super duper long nails, I can't play anything. I was just pretending; Qian Qian was the presenter of that night. Wooo Hooo~~
Alright, I've just finished writing, so, what breakkie did I order that day?
It's #3. Scroll up and view the breakkie pictures again.
Tips: the camera's angle ^__________^V

Bev
