Swagat!!!
While everyone's questioning about my eating habit and concerning about my anorexic body figure on my street love blog post, I would like to take this opportunity to tell the world that I love food. And I actually E.A.T normal and healthy.
I really do. I don't see point to breath if I wasn't allow to eat. And I can really eat a lot, a hell lot, far more than you can imagine. But I control, and that doesn't mean I have to starve myself in order to reach x amount of weight (I do have a number in mind though, will only keep it withing myself :p ).
I never starved myself. I think no one should too, unless those who are less fortunate. I feel sorry for them. And I never waste food, well, that's partially because I always have my mum or Chean to help clean up my plate. That counts anyway.
And hell no, I don't like to exercise either. So, for those who have sent me email asking about my diet secrets, shameless to say, I don't have any. If I really need to pick one, it would be this common advise rather than secret:
Stop starving yourself. E.A.T! But within control, fill your stomach till 70% full for every meal. Only 70%, not a percent more and not a percent less. Discipline yourself.
That's it. Just that simple. Now focus on my last week food hunt!

W.H.O.A~~ I'm hungry already! I ate two big plates ok! FYI, the rice's underneath the naan. It's a H.U.G.E portion loh...
Of course I don't eat like that everyday. If I find myself eating too much on a particular day, I'll try to eat less on the next following days to kinda balance it out. I guess I'm going to practice this eating habit until my last breath, I'm just too obsess with weight T_________T
Unlike Chean, he never have to put himself on diet. N.E.V.E.R! Between, he ate 3 big plates that day. G.E.N.G!
