Wonderful Weekend ❤ Eps 2
Schedule of the day.
Madly in love with my eye makeup on that day! Makes my eyes 3 X bigger ❤❤
Heart my casual outfit too! It's effortlessly beautiful :D
I'm all set, now, let the wonderful Sunday begin!
Visited Disquieted art show at the Portland Art Museum.
No one actually told us that photography is strictly prohibited, so we naively thought Portland Art Museum is just like MoMa in NY, you can snap till you drop (no flash, please) as long as you don't get too close with those multimillion artworks!
We snapped a hell lots of pictures until the security stopped us and asked: "Have you been told that you are not allow to take any pictures in here?"
And we answered with an over-shockingly innocent voice: "NO." @.@
"It's actually written on page 4 on the map," He added.
"Map?! We don't have any map with us." We answered with a even more innocent tone.
Then he kept repeating the same info and warned us about the US$ 25,000 fine if they caught us snapping pictures again, and even told us they have this brilliant technology, system, gadget or whatever that will automatically caused defects to all the pictures we've taken (I don't believe him *roll eyes*).
He spelled his words in an super-ultra-friendly way though. Somehow I felt like he's more to threatening than advising. Well, I don't blame him though, he's just doing his duty. But that incident did spoil my mood a little :(
Anyway, at least I have some cool pictures to share with you all although I may not suppose to. But hey, I wanna check whether the brilliant technology, system, gadget or whatever will effect the photo's quality.
Bah... They look fine :D
Canvas painting by a Singaporean artist.
The coolest light box ever.
Crouching Boy in Mirror, a super famous sculpture by a super talented artist-Ron Mueck. It's too real, crept me inside out. I think I saw this at MoMA NY before.
This is the only reason that drove us to the museum, Murakami Takashi.
Perhaps you don't have the slightest idea or don't even give a damn about Takashi, but you can't ignore his talents, popularity and influence. Remember the LV Multicolor Monogram series? That's his work ;)
The last picture we took in the museum before kena warning kao kao.
Art museum is fun, but it kinda put me into sleep when I no longer allow to take any pictures. :p
I need a energy boost!
Thai Ice Tea. The only thing that is comparable to Teh Ice in M'sia.
Sooooooooo refreshing~~
Yup, I went home for a quick change and brought Miyaki out with us! The weather was too good, I felt bad leaving him alone at home ;)
Then three of us relaxingly spent the whole evening at Irvington Park...
with load of fun, laughter and S.N.A.C.K.S!
Mummy... Pleeeeeseaaaaa....
Miyaki and his soul mate :p
We had so much fun spending quality time together, and we didn't want it to stop! So we pulled a table and had dinner on our balcony! Beyond happy ^_______^
And I tweeted that night: Watched the moon comes out as we chitchatting and lepaking outside the house! Seriously, my life never been so great before :D
That's the moon, witnessing our happiness and joy :D
~~ The End ~~
