Soup! Soup! Soup!

Weekend is finally here!!! For those who are always busy with works and assignments, maybe it's time to take care of your health and well being this week. Oh girls, this blog post is so dedicated to you...

Because it's all about Chinese traditional beauty S.O.U.P! And that also means I'm reveling another secret of fighting aging ^________^V

Ok, it's not that mysterious actually. This product is super accessible in U.S, you can get it at any Asian grocery stores.

The directions are all printed at the back of the packaging. E.A.S.Y job!

sss_ingredients
The ingredients that come with the package:
1) Lodoicea callipyge
2) Semen coicis
3) Dried lily buds
4) Semen pruni armeniacae
5) Nelumbo nucifera
6) Dried Chinese pears
7) Radix glehniae

Oh, gosh! Hate those scientific names that contribute nothing except making me pening kepala (dizzy) @.@ I hope I mark them correctly, do let me know if you catch any typo @.@

sss_ingredients2
These are the extra ingredients you need:
1) Pork ribs
2) Red date
3) Dried boxthorn fruit

* I love adding dried scallops too, but thanks to the hives, I can't consume any seafood right now :(

So just put everything into the pot and boil over high heat, for about 30 mins. Then simmer with low heat for about three hours.

Oh, one tip to share, I usually wait for the water to boil first before putting all the ingredients in; they, I mean my mum and aunties said that will help get rid of the porky taste ^_______^

Viola~~ The finest final product!!!

It's just that simple, all you need are 3 teaspoons of patience, 1/2 cup of intelligence (what? you need to know how to read in order to understand the direction right?) and 4 big cups of lovessss... towards yourself of course.

Have a beautiful weekend ❤❤
