I ❤ Hawaii - Part VI (Kailua & Byodo-In Temple)
The last blog post for Hawaii, how I wish the trip never ended so I can still sitting under Moana Surfrider 100 year old banyan tree sipping the fresh coconut juice.
Perhaps I was too sick to feel anything while I was there, but looking at all the photos we took really makes me wanna visit Hawaii for one more time.
Kailua Beach, ranked one of the world's most beautiful beaches, is breathtakingly beautiful...
Unfortunately the windy day spoiled our moods T_____T
I don't have a nicely taken photo, but Chean does, thank god.
And thank god again for giving me such a fragile body, I caught a cold by just standing at the beach for 20 mins. I can't think of anything that could possibly be worse than this @.@
But that's our last day, we needed to explore the rest of Oahu as much as we can! So we went to a less windy and much quiet place. Guess nothing can be more zen than temple right?
Welcome to the Byodo-In Japanese Temple.
Lurve the vibrant color of the temple and the zen atmosphere.
Tons and tons of Koi fishes swimming in the pond~~
Serene and calm...
Admired the tranquil surroundings...
and the landscape...
Now you know why we loved this place so much! Remember to stop by Byodo-In if you happen to visit Oahu ^_____^
** More Piccies and Randomness **
88 Tee. Good place for vintage and authentic tee hunting if you don't mind paying US$ 20-30 for a t-shirt.
Guess who shopped there before? Ayumi Hamasaki and Vivi mag models ❤❤
Oh, and not to forget, we shopped there too, T.W.I.C.E :p
Tour buses are everywhere. Noop, we didn't ride on that.
Flower hair clips can be found in every corner too!
Having dinner at Egg n Things.
Breakie menu served all day ;)
Spanish, bacon and cheese omelet.
Sausage and eggs.
Watching the stars and feeling the cold wind rushing to the shore at Waikiki Beach.
Waikiki Beach's night view.
Having breakie at Honolulu Coffee.
A pigeon's resting right by the window!
Chean kept taking the paparazzi shots of me @.@
Showing both my legs and my typical I-can't-stand-for-the-heat look.
We chose to stay at the pink palace Royal Hawaiian initially, but changed our mind after reading all the so-so comments online.
It's pink, that's all. Period. Moana Sufrider is more elegant and classy :D
Wind ah wind, can you stop messing up my hair?
Of course the wind won't listen to me. Bah...
Another amazing view.
Spotted a perfect spot for picnic and BBQ.
Gonna miss you, Hawaii ❤❤
