Silky Smooth Secret
Wanted to share about this Silky Smooth Secret for trillion years ago but I do not have enough courage to do so.
I don't think I'm qualify to share this so called "silky smooth secret" because no one ever related me to good skin, even myself.
I was once an ugly duckling who had super tan and dull skin tone, like super super tan until others mistakenly thought I was either a Malay or Chindian.
Well, there's nothing wrong about these two ethnic groups, but I'm 100% pure Chinese, I just want to "gain" back my identity.
And I'm working my way through it ^^
Thanks to Portland's weather, I barely expose to the sunlight. Together with all the skincare products and supplements, I'm super please with my skin condition right now (◕^^◕)
Ahhhemmm... I do not say I have prefect or good skin, but at least it's way better than before!
With a better skin condition and lighter skin tone, I have more confidence to go without makeup! Hooray~~

Vitamin C, Collagen and Q10 are essentials to me. Ohh, I consume Amway Protein Powder everyday too~~ Of course, bird nest is still the best but I hardly find any here :'(
My not-so-fancy collection!
Here are my not-so-secretive secrets:
1) Scrub or exfoliate your body only once in a week because over exfoliation will dry your skin out.
2) Always bath with lukewarm water, avoid hot water. If you are strong enough to take a step further, try to finish your bath with a quick rinse of cold water. The cool water tightens skin and smooths hair cuticles to boost shine (I know, it's crazy, but Posh Beckham does that too!).
3) Apply lotion over your body after bathing or showering and turn it into a habit.
Ok, seriously, I can spend hours and hours talking about this topic but I don't think you are interested in reading a super long boring post.

It's never too late to take good care of your skin. You deserved a better you :)
