Stay in shape
One of the most frequently asked questions that I got is: How do you manage to keep yourself in shape while you were busy with your study, puppy, shopping, make up and all sort of crazy indulgences?
First, I don't work. I hope I'm still able to cope with all the craziness and shopping once I start working. Second, all the crazy indulgences are my passion (to sum up, I'm crazy, I never denied).
Frankly speaking, it's hard to stay in shape at my age seriously. I find it harder than any stages in my life this far.
Perhaps my body metabolism is slowing down, or, maybe my mindset is changing due to a naive assumption that Chean is going to stand by my side for the rest of my life. (Well, sorry Chean, I think you can't get rid of me :p)
Somehow, staying in shape does not necessary mean to watch the body weight but the appearance as well.
I'm ready for school. Photo taken on Tuesday before class. The shirt is officially one year old, I got it last Fall (Click HERE)! With a little twist of singlet and bet, it's still wearable! (Pardon my messy house)
Hello Kitty pendant. Twenty one is the prefect number for me. Although it's kinda self-deceiving, I still wanna keep it as long as I could. Don't you think I'm still look like 21? :p
Then, cover up with my three years old H&M coat. See, you don't really need new items to look trendy, especially during this economy downturn ^^
However...New items are often perceived to create stronger motivation... (Thousand slaps on my face)
My new Nike Collegiate Sweater and Nike T-shirt. Both from Nike Employee Store.
I love the fresh and young colors! Great combination of green and pink ^^ Was wearing them to my Thursday class just now!!!
Since we have seen the casual and the sporty styles, what about a romantic one?
Is this romantic enough? Toying with my new hairdo.
It's a super easy DIY hairdo! Literally, you just need to tight a bun beside you ear.
Just like this!
Use hair pins and hairspray to secure and then "pimp" it up with cute hair clip! I got mine from Hot Market, M'sia. YUP, Hot Market! I am a bargain hunter ^^
Necklace was a gift from Wei Wei, a sweet China girl friend of mine. Thanks again~~ (She bought me a lot of accessories, I'll show you next time, just stay tuned)
See, you don't really need a lot of efforts to stay in shape, do you? All you need is creativity and passion. If I can do it, everyone can do it too (it's a cliché but I mean it!)
Everyone needs motivation to do well and to excel, so do I. Maybe you won't believe this, YOU are truly my motivation. One of the reasons for me to stay in shape ;)
Perhaps all you need now is to stop asking and focus on doing. Or, perhaps I can help you find your motivation?
We are only young once... Why not?
Good luck, gals~~
