Try to take liquid foods and avoid high calories consumption. These were some of my daily meals past few weeks ago. (clockwise)
- cereal & low fat soy milk for brunch
- Tong Sui with tremella, lotus seed, lily bulb and red date
- Korean steam egg & ABC soup (again!)

Fruits are essential if you don't want to look unhealthy, aging or like kwashiorkor (serious case) after weight lose. However, not all the fruits contribute in diet, always alert about the calories. Banana for instance, is in high calories though. Try to get rid of it, unless you are constipated.

In order to stimulate your energy and keep yourself a positive weight watcher, always award yourself when you achieve short-term goal.

I should have told you earlier, diet is a lifetime process, take it easy. Plus, I'm a yo-yo dieter.
